All attendees will complete a safety questionnaire before entering the facility that will attest that they are symptom free with no known active disease.

Attendees will follow current CDC guidelines by wearing a mask covering both nose and mouth at all times while inside the building. Masks may be removed for eating and drinking purposes only. These activities will be carried out while seated at the assigned table only. Speakers, while at podium will be allowed to not wear a mask, but be distanced from the audience.

A table chart will be created for each table indicating seating positions of each participant with table number. Participants will use the indicated seat for the entire day. This will facilitate any needed contact tracing.

Dismissals from the meeting area for breaks, lunch and at the end of the day will be done in stages to avoid excess crowding.

Participants should be mindful of social distancing guidelines while attending the vendor and other break areas of the building.

A contact person name and number will be provided at the conference for reporting any related illnesses or other COVID-19 issues that may arise.

Adequate hygiene supplies, soap and alcohol gel will be available for usage by the participants.
