Terms and Conditions for Hot Summer Savings July 2023:

 

Note: References to “you”, “you’re”, “your,” "you'd", & “yourself” refer to you.
References to “I”, “I’m,” "I'd," “me,” & “my” refer to Carly.
References to “third-party” and “third-parties” mean anyone that’s *not you that’s paying for these consultation(s).

 

Phone consultations are available depending on your interests and needs & available for purchase through the corresponding "BUY NOW" button/(s) you clicked to get to this page BEFORE 11:55 pm Pacific Standard Time on Fri. 7/28/23:

IMPORTANT- Just like with any of my consultations, more time can be purchased in 30-minute increments (if applicable). You can mix and match these consultations, but limit 2 sets of buy one, get one half off specials per person. 

When you click the “Register Now” button & pay for this consultation(s) all of the terms & conditions described in this here apply to it that you would be understanding and agreeing to. 

Although I promise to provide the most accurate, honest, and in your best interest to the best of my ability while working with you, I cannot guarantee any outcome and therefore by paying for my services (including consultation(s)), you (&/or anyone else if it's not you paying) agree to release me and my company of any legal liability. You (&/or any third-parties if you're not paying) also understand there are no refunds of any kind. This means you (&/or any third-parties) will not dispute the charge with your financial institution and/or credit card company and/or my newsletter’s credit card processing company, etc. for a refund. The charge shall appear on your banking statement as: "Work Solutions." 

There are no reimbursements or refunds for any consultation that is less than 30 minutes.

You have 1-year from the date of purchase to use (including gifting to someone else) before forfeiting your consultation/(s) & ensure that you allow plenty of time to contact me BEFORE a weekend (defined as Saturday or Sunday) or a holiday if you purchase on one of these types of days &/or your 1-year from purchase date ends on a weekend (as defined on this page) &/or a holiday. If you opt to gift to someone else & they won’t be the decision maker (defined as person funding the service(s) I recommend which apply to all the consultations except the career consultation), then please ensure that decision maker will be also involved with booking with me the date & time for them to be a part of the phone consultation as well.

PLEASE NOTE: If you decide to buy more consultation/(s) through my newsletter at another time after already purchasing (between now & 7/28/23), it will tell you that you already registered for my event, what that means is that you will have to use a different email address to proceed as there isn't another way around it. I cannot fix it & my newsletter company is aware of it (I've explained it to them) and it's been like that for years.

 

If you want to pay without a debit/credit card, please contact me ASAP (no later than 10 am Pacific Standard Time (PST) on Wed. 7/26/23) so you can do EITHER: 1) print off these terms & conditions & hand write on here that you understand, agree, & will abide to the terms & conditions in this agreement & snail mail it to me along with your payment OR 2) Copy & paste all the terms & conditions in this agreement and email it to me stating that you understand, agree, & abide to the terms & conditions in this agreement & then snail mail your payment to me. Of course, you’d get my snail mail address & details on how to address mail & check correspondence when you contact me *no later than* THIS Wed. (7/26/23) by 10 am PST by emailing me at the address I provided in the next paragraph of this document OR via phone: 360-981-7463. I will get back to you as soon as possible.
