Terms and Conditions for the Phone Consultations:

Note: References to “I”, "I'm," “my”, and “me” on this page refer to “Carly”. While references to "you" would be the person/people "registering for the consultation(s)."

Phone consultations are available depending on your interests and needs & available for purchase through the "Register Now" button below BEFORE 11:55 pm Pacific Standard Time on Wed. 1/18/23.

 

When you click the “Register Now” button & pay for this consultation(s) all of the terms & conditions described in this here apply to it that you/the person/people that you are purchasing/gifting for would be understanding and agreeing to. 

Although I promise to provide the most accurate, honest, and in your best interest to the best of my ability while working with you, I cannot guarantee any outcome and therefore by paying for my services (including consultation(s) ), you (&/or anyone else if it's not you paying) agree to release me and my company of any legal liability. You (&/or any third-parties if you're not paying) also understand there are no refunds of any kind. This means you (&/or any third-parties) will not dispute the charge with your financial institution and/or credit card company and/or my credit card processing company, and/or my newsletter company, etc. for a refund. The charge shall appear on your banking statement as: "Work Solutions." 

There are no refunds for any consultation that is less than 30 minutes.

You have 1-year from the date of purchase to use (including gifting to someone else) before forfeiting your consultation/(s) & ensure that you allow plenty of time to contact me BEFORE a weekend (defined as Saturday or Sunday) if you purchase on one of these types of days &/or your 1-year from purchase date ends on a weekend (as defined on this page) &/or a holiday. If you opt to gift to someone else & they won’t be the decision maker (defined as person funding the service(s) I recommend which apply to the corresponding consultations that involve filling out a form I provide PRIOR to setting with me), then please ensure that decision maker will be also involved with booking with me the date & time for them to be a part of the phone consultation as well.
