2022 Mid-Year South Education Conference

Kiwanis members and guests -- welcome to the registration for the educational one-day Southern California conference.

Plan to start your Saturday morning by showing your support or learning more about the annual Rose Float project at the Rose Float Breakfast at 7:00 a.m. at both Mid-Year Conferences hosted by the Kiwanis Club of the Rosefloat of Pasadena.

The registration desk will open at 7:30 a.m. Save time and money be pre-registering for the Mid-Year converence and be guaranteed for meal ticket(s) you wish to purchase. An additional fee is charged for on-site registration.

The General Session begins at 8:15 a.m. with presentations to enrich your Kiwanis experience and give you helpful information.

Stroll the booth exhibits and learn more about our sponsors, vendors, committees and clubs who have valuable information and products to share.

The interactive seminar presentations during the morning and afternoon sessions, make for a day that will be full of information, inspiration and leadership education! Please see the seminar grid on our website for more information (posted soon).

Get credit for the Inter-club Luncheon and don't miss this opportunity to not only be entertained but to inter-club and socialize with fellow Kiwanians. The Inter-club Luncheon will start at 12:00 p.m.

Join us in San Diego and have a gas while raising bread for the Cal-Nev-Ha Children's Fund, a non-profit dedicated to building a better future for children. Early Registration rate (register by Jan. 21st) - $60 per member
Regular Registration rate (Jan. 22nd - Jan. 31st) - $65 per member

Before you register:

You are able to register your spouse/partner by clicking on the "Add" button under Spouse/Partner Registration and you will receive one conference packet. If your spouse/partner or if a guest is a Kiwanian, a registration fee is due. Guest who are a non-Kiwanian may attend at no charge.

Please make sure you have your meal selections as you will not be able to add meals or edit your registration once complete. If you need to make changes to your registration, please contact the District office at 909-989-1500.

Check with your club officers to see if your club is registering 100%. Clubs registering 100% can save over the individual registration rates!

Clubs with 60 members or less pay $210 and large clubs with 61 members or more pay $420

Clubs may register the entire club at a discount rate utilizing the

100% club registration form (not available via the online registration).

Clubs volunteers working at the conference in Division 11, 21, 31, 37 have the option to register utilizing the Host Division Club Registration form (not available via the online registration).

COVID REQUIREMENTS

All Mid-Year Conference attendees BE PREPARED to show proof of full vaccination (booster shot is not required) or a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours prior to attending the conference. In addition currently, MASKS are required for all indoor events, regardless of vaccination status. All attendees at the conference must sign and bring to the conference a waiver of COVID-19 claims.

All cancellations must be received in WRITING. You may fax to (909)989-7779 or email to convention@cnhkiwanis.org or mail to Cal-Nev-Ha Kiwanis, 8360 Red Oak St., Suite 201, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730. Phone cancellations will not be accepted.
Full refunds less a $10.00 per person processing fee will be granted for requests received by 5:00 p.m., February 2, 2022.
No refunds will be granted after February 2, 2022.
On-site registration will be available after the online conference registration closes, at a rate of $70. Limited meal function tickets may be available on-site, inquire at the on-site registration desk for availability.
