HIE Workshop (Two Sessions) - September

During this workshop, we will review the fundamentals of process improvement & change management strategies, and how to apply these strategies to improve clinical workflows by incorporating HIE technologies including the Mass HIway. The workshop will be split into two sessions: 9/14 and 9/21. Participants are strongly encouraged to attend both.
