New California Town Hall: Santa Barbara and Affidavit Signing

New California State is a new state in development following the Constitutional process to form a new state from Article IV Section 3. The reason there is a grass roots movement for a new state is to remove ourselves from fro the tyranny of the current government that has been usurping liberty from the people for decades.
