2019 Food 4 SA 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament
Sun, March 31 @ Alamo Heights United Methodist Church (825 E Basse Rd, 78209)
Proceeds will go to support the AHUMC Hope Center, helping the needy in this area (NE/Central San Antonio). Our Hope Center has assisted over 525 families in the area.
Cost:
Online Registration: $7 + 7 cans of food per person (must register as a team of 3 players) *the cans of food can be brought the day of the tournament
At the Door Registration (on March 31): $7 + 7 cans of food per person
Canned Foods needed/accepted: canned meat, peanut butter, jelly, canned beans, canned veggies
Times:
Jr High (6th-8th grade): arrive at 1:00pm, start play around 1:20 (*Jr High teams can be co-ed and can include one parent. Parents will be required to shoot from "outside the paint." Rule may be altered on day of tournament.)
Sr High (9th-12th grade): arrive at 5:00pm, start play around 5:15
*Girls Teams - we will not have a separate division for girls teams. They will play with the boys teams. Teams can also be Co-ed.

Only 3 per team (no subs)
This is a tournament being organized & run BY STUDENTS who seek to help needy families in our area. 100% of the proceeds will go to the AHUMC Hope Center.
These student referees & hosts are volunteering their time and effort and, as such, we do not expect them to be perfect, nor should you. Complaining to the referees (especially by adults) is uncalled for and won't be allowed.
CONCESSION STAND DONATIONS NEEDED! *Help support the Tournament by donating supplies for the concession stand (all proceeds will go to the AHUMC Hope Center); water bottles, small bags of chips, Gatorade bottles, individual candy/candy bars, or popcorn.
