Canadian Firearms Safety Courses
This is a fantastic opportunity for men and women to be introduced to safe gun handling and be able to apply for the federally issued PAL license. Our extremely qualified instructor Luther Cutts will walk you through the paces and prepare you well for the exam. Registrations must be in by the Wednesday before the course. Silver Willow has the manuals on hand, Luther would prefer you read through the manual or manuals if your taking both courses, prior to the workshop. This event includes coffee, tea, water and a light lunch on the full day Saturday class, non restricted course. Coffee, tea and water are provided on the half day restricted course. Snacks and refreshments are available to purchase at the cafe both days.
You are expected to review the course handbook before taking the course. You can either come in to Silver Willow during our business hours after registering and pick up the handbook in person, or have it mailed to you. There is a $15.00 charge if you would like to have your handbook mailed.

Saturday Schedule (Non-Restricted participants)
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM - Classroom instruction.
12:00 PM - 12:30 PM - Lunch break (lunch provided).
4:00 PM – 7:00 PM – Individual testing time.
Course will end at approximately 7:00 PM depending on the size of the group.
Sunday Schedule (Restricted participants)
8:00 AM – 12:00 PM - Classroom instruction time.
12:00 PM – 2:30 PM – Individual testing time.
Course will end at approximately 2:30 PM depending on the size of the group.
