Join WTS as we tour the TEXRail Equipment Maintenance Facility!  The new, state of the art facility will house the TEXRail trains and includes three maintenance pits, office space, a warehouse and dispatch operations. The dispatch center will control movements for all trains on Trinity Metro's line, including BNSF, UP, DGNO, FWWR, Grapevine Vintage Railroad and Amtrak. 

We will also take a look at the TEXRail train, the FLIRT 3 vehicle manufactured by Stadler Bussnang AG of Switzerland.  

Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes.  Hard hats and vests will be provided. Lunch will be served following the tour at the Intermodal Transit Center.
