UPDATE (9/15/21):
Sorry, but this event is now postponed for a future time to be determined.
Thank you for your interest in participating.
On Thursday, September 23 beginning at 2:00 PM, LEAD Maryland Alumni are invited to join Class XI Fellows for a tour of the University of Maryland's College of Agriculture and Natural Resources. Learn about the latest research, programs, and academic opportunities taking place within the departments of Plant Science and Landscape Architecture, Agriculture Science and Technology, Animal and Avian Sciences, and Environmental Science and Technology. Attendees will meet with Department Chairs and faculty while touring facilities. LEAD Fellows will also learn about the College's other programs during the reception. An outdoor, covered reception in the Animal Science courtyard with light refreshments will follow. The event will adjourn by 5:30 PM or earlier.
This is a great opportunity to learn more about the campus as a whole, and to see the College's programs in action.
Our thanks to Amanda Clougherty (LEAD Class X) for hosting us on campus!
Parking details will be provided via email closer to the date.
Please Note: While masks are currently not required for vaccinated guests outdoors, they must be worn by everyone, regardless of vaccination status, when entering any buildings on campus.
