The havoc that COVID-19 brought starting in early 2020, caused businesses of all sizes to scramble to maintain enough positive cash flow to remain open. Many of them are in danger of closing down permanently. During this presentation, we will discuss ways to increase cash flow during such tragic times along with minimizing negative cash flow, which will indirectly increase positive cash flow.
