Event Summary

Do you want to understand the key factors required for successful site selection on your next project?  Can you comprehend emerging barriers to economic development growth?  Do you want to better recognize industry trends impacting planning and construction industries?  Do you want to understand major pending cosntruction projects and site requirements?  If you want the answers to these and more, join CSI Rochester at our next Chapter Dinner. 

We are excited to have Mark S. Peterson, President and CEO of the Greater Rochester Enterprise, and an experienced economic development expert, who has successfully attracted more than $2B of new capital investments to the Greater Rochester, NY region.  Mark received a BA in Political Science from St. John Fisher College, and earned his MBA at Kent State. Mr. Peterson will be discussing the Economic Expansion int he Greater Rochester Region.

Through this presentation, attendees will learn about site selection industry trends, barriers to economic growth, and major potential business attraction cosntruction projects available to the local community.  Participants will also gain a greater understanding of critical construction requirements necessary to ensure the Rocehster region has market-ready sites necessary to win major new business attraction projects.
