Monthly French Regional Gourmet Dinner Class
with Chef Alain Hugard
In this monthly 3 hour class, French Chef Alain Hugard, former Private Chef to Senator & Mrs. Claiborne Pell and the Barron Hilton family will share his love of cooking as one might in France - always emphasizing fresh, seasonal ingredients, moderate portions, very few carbs and using low to no sugar. He swears it’s this simple way of cooking and eating, in addition to enjoying good wine and staying active, that keeps the French so fit and healthy! Classically trained in Paris, Chef Alain, owned a family restaurant there before taking on the challenging duties as Private Chef for two very high profile families.
In this month’s hands-on and demonstration style class he’ll teach Fish Mousseline, Stuffed Tomatoes with Herbed CousCous and a Fresh Fruit and Berry Gratin. We'll eat everything we prepare. Bon Appetite!
