Chef Deja Hart, a master of Thai cuisine, will share her knowledge of flavor profiles and techniques in this hands on class. Classically trained, Chef Deja is the former Executive Chef at Karma, a boutique Thai restaurant in Manhattan Beach, CA. Come to learn something new and enjoy a delicious Summer inspired meal. Menu: Savory Shrimp Thai French Toast with Watercress, Summer Vegetable Stir Fry with rice noodles and chile-vinegar sauce, Sesame Tuiles with Coconut Ice Cream. We’ll also taste wines to compliment the menu.
