Join us and we'll make sauerkraut, kim chi and gingered carrots while covering the basic techniques of shredding, chopping, salting and storage. You'll leave class with a mason jar of kraut to ferment at home.
Private Chef Sharyn Singer will guide us through a number of fermentation recipes, all with vegan and gluten-free options. A registered Naturopath and lifetime healthy food advocate, Chef Sharyn will share helpful hints and tips to add flavor, texture and richness while also sharing her vast knowledge of the each ingredient's healthful benefits.
