CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Deadline: Friday, November 1st 2019
Registrations must be cancelled by the Cancellation Deadline to receive a refund. Any cancellations within the Cancellation Deadline will be refunded minus a $10 per person refund processing fee.
Any registrations made AFTER the Cancellation Deadline are non-refundable.
Any registrations that have selected the "mailing check" payment option and does not cancel by the Cancellation Deadline, will still be responsible for sending in payment.
Any substitutions must be submitted by 10am on Thursday, November 7th in order to have a printed name badge. If the substitution is submitted after 10am on Thursay, November 7th, the attendee will have a written in name badge.
