Lighting has gone through a significant transformation over the last decade. Where did we come from - and where is lighting headed? This presentation will first explore the history of lighting technology, lighting terminology, as well as lighting techniques and luminaire distribution. But LEDs have changed the game. Designs using traditional sources are diminishing, while all LED projects are becoming the norm. How does one differentiate the 'good, the bad and the ugly' of LED products?
