“EDP Orientation For New Facilitators – Train the Trainer”

Summary of Course:
Mentors/facilitators will work with each individual in small group for writing goals and objectives and matching instructional strategies.

Workshop goal:
The purpose of the session is to assist faculty members to understand the EDP program, ground rules for EDP requirements, identify and select topics for workshops, and assist with workshop development skills. 

Workshop objectives:
During the session participants will:

  • Describe the purpose and expectations of the EDP.
  • Select a workshop topic.
  • Write goals and objectives for the workshop.

After the session, participants will:

  • Select instructional strategies and complete the development of their workshop.
