AMTA Missouri 60th Annual Convention 

Pleases join us at our 60th Annual Convention on May 3,4 2019 at the Lodge of the Four Seasons in Lake Ozark, MO!

Choose one of the following presenters:

Lino Cedros will be presenting a 16 hr course called "Integrated Upper Extremity in Sport and Workplace."

Integrated function of the cervical and thoracic, scapular, clavicular and costal structures are addressed in lecture and laboratory sessions. Integrated biomechanics, anatomy and embryology, in relation to dysfunction patterning in the work place and sports activities are also covered.

Several treatment concepts will be presented including muscle energy, inhibitory technique and other manual techniques associated with normalizing biomechanical dysfunction.                            

 

Kelli Lott will present two courses:

Face Toning Massage (on Friday)

 

Learn how to perform a one hour and a half hour stimulating, luxurious, safe and effective hydrotherapy face toning massage treatment while sitting down the entire time! Entire class time is devoted to learning and practicing how to retrain the facial muscles by firming and lifting them, leaving the skin and muscles renewed and healthy.

Students will learn a sequential series of massage strokes that affects the facial muscles, along with tightening and toning of the neck and upper chest. Followed by warm moist towels to calm and relax, while hands and feet receive a luxurious massage. With the very first treatment, your clients will experience enhanced muscle tone and noticeable improvements to the skin. This treatment has helped clients with Bell's Palsy, strokes, facial nerve damage and massage therapist's tired hands.

a synergizing treatment using targeted headache release points, specifically chosen aromatherapy and
specially designed cold stones to reduce inflammation, thereby diminishing migraine headache pain.
This treatment can help lessen the severity of a migraine and with regular scheduled cold stone treatments; it has been reported time and again to help alleviate the onset of future migraines.
