It is no surprise that exercising is happiness suggestion #6, but like so many things we know are good for us - eating well, saving money, maintaining relationships, etc. - why do they leave us feeling so badly and defeated? Rather than spend a single minute revisiting the “shoulds” you already know, we will use this session to feature people who have learned how to “fall up” and take flight.
