Balancing Employee Costs to Reduce Employee Turnover

Plan to join us on Wednesday, March 27th at the Savannah Golf Club for a Presentation on: Balancing Employee Costs to Reduce Employee Turnover.

A recent survey conducted by Buck HR consulting indicates that 2/3 of employees would change their jobs for better benefits, and 46% of employees are actively considering a job change in 2024, compared to 35% in 2022.

Considering these statistical trends, is your company’s investment in employee well-being having a positive effect on retention? Or, is your company focused on simply managing costs?

Speakers: Please join Tonia Vetter and Reese Bacon of Buck, a Gallagher Company (www.buck.com), for the March 2024 Savannah CFO Council meeting. They will be sharing the results from their recent Employee Well-Being Survey and exploring with us ways to manage costs while enhancing employee well-being to reduce turnover.
