Understand the freeze, fight, and flight behaviors in crisis situations
Understand how your self-awareness can help you during conflict
Learn communication tactics in response to stressful conversations

Our Presenter - Marie Cruz Metzger

Marie Metzger’s mission is to serve others as a mentor and coach. After nearly 4 decades in technical and commercial leadership roles with the German chemical company, BASF, she built a career working with teams to improve competitiveness and sustainable results in the US, Canada, Mexico, Germany, and Asia Pacific. In her last role, Marie was Vice President, Energy Management and Infrastructure Technology North America, including strategy and site management. Now retired, she is pursuing lay ministry certification at the Mexican American Catholic College and enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters and three granddaughters in San Antonio. Marie has a BS degree in Chemistry, College of William and Mary, Williamsburg, Virginia.
