Bike Tour Held RAIN or SHINE
Landowners graciously open properties for rest stops with beverages, snacks, toilets. Stops open on published schedule. If you reach a stop before or after its scheduled time, service may not be available
Tour is on paved public roads except driveways leading to stops/lunch. Directional arrows painted on right edge of pavement at all public road intersections
SAG
Professional service available at start/finish and lunch stop. Several marked vehicles ride routes & available all day to assist riders. Most rest stops can contact them.
- Police/Rescue Squads aware of Tour routes.
- If you have an emergency, call 911 ASAP.
- If you need assistance on Tour, contact personnel at any stop.

BUMMER - NO Eastern Shore Oyster Roast 2020
CBES is confident about being able to have the Bike Tour with virus mitigations that could be needed. But it would be difficult to hold a traditional Shore Oyster Roast, at least the parts that make it so fun. So rather than have a below par event, we will hold off until 2021 and make it an Oyster Roast for the ages!
BUT the FRIDAY FUN RIDE is looking real good!
CBES offers Bike Tour Riders a FREE Friday afternoon guided fun ride with 12 and/or 20 mile routes at the discretion of volunteer guides. Different scenic route from Saturday's ride, announced by summer's end. Check Friday Fun Ride box on registration form if you plan to participate.
