3/7/20 - African American Youth Leadership Conference (Grades - 6,7,8) 

Welcome to the African American Youth Leadership Conference (AAYLC).  Carefully review our terms & conditions before registering for the conference.  

By completing this registration form, you consent that the child's attendance at the 2020 AAYLC and hereby waive and release the AAYLC organization, as well as its volunteers, from all liability arising at law or in equity from any and all injuries or death as a result of the child's participation.

Food served at the conference may contain or come in contact with foods that contain gluten, nuts, milk, soy, or eggs.  If you indicate any dietary restrictions on the registration form, the parent/guardian and child agree to assume responsibility for monitoring which foods are safe to consume or provide his/her own breakfast and lunch.  

Lastly, you convey to the AAYLC organization all rights, title and interest in the child's name, image, voice, statements, and/or writings, including photographic images, videos, or audio recordings made by the AAYLC organization or its volunteers.  These images, recordings, or writings may be posted/published on/in the organization's website, newsletter, marketing materials, or social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or YouTube).  There will be no remuneration and/or compensation should AAYLC use their likeness.
