Alexander Bekker is the lead litigation attorney for Frontier Law Group. Frontier Law Group is a full-service civil law firm that represents clients in the areas of property insurance claims, and business transactions and litigation. His focus includes contracts for goods and services, partnership agreements, corporate structures, leases, landlord/tenant disputes, real estate transactions, and homeowner’s insurance claims for property damage. These legal issues can be very confusing and burdensome to a new business owner. The consequences to ignoring these issues can be fatal to your business. But with the right knowledge, these legal hurdles can become valuable tools to your success.
If you are a new or prospective business owner, you have several issues to consider before incorporating your business:

- What are the tax considerations?
- How do I protect my assets in the event of a lawsuit?
- How do I protect myself when entering into contracts like leases, purchase agreements or partnership agreements?
