The Head Start and early childhood community face increasingly complex and intense challenges in all aspects and at all levels of program management. This event, geared toward individuals who supervise staff, will explore how to apply Trauma Informed Care, Organizational Behavior Theory, Resilience Building Strategies, and Effective Communication and Boundaries to management practices and supervisory relationships to foster an organizational climate that promotes staff well-being.
