Please join us for a breakfast seminar on Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at 7:30 a.m. at Midland Hills Country Club to understand if an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) could be an attractive strategy for exiting your business.
There are pros and cons to every exit strategy. You’ll leave this seminar with a clear understanding of how ESOPs work, when they make sense to setup, and what happens after the ESOP is created.
Matt Schubring, managing director at Chartwell Financial Advisory, and Brian Sweeney, partner at Redpath and Company, will bring clarity to the ESOP strategy and provide insights from their 30+ years of combined experience in ESOP valuations, transactions, feasibility studies, tax, and accounting.
