WOMEN TALK is an evening gathering where women present and share their inspiring stories, thoughts, ideas and experiences. You’ll laugh, you’ll learn and you’ll be entertained by amazing WOMEN TALKers! The evening will be fast-paced with each presenter speaking for 20 minutes, TED TALK style. We are ordinary women, sharing extraordinary stories! Everyone's uniqueness is celebrated. It is a beautiful harmonious place where you can feel the unconditional love of the Divine Feminine.
Women Talk is a growing phenomenon that is expanding across Canada!
Our Women Talk Monthly Events consist of:
- 2 TALKers; each sharing a 15-20 minute TALK.
- TALK of the month with our Founder
- TALK from a Board Member
- Inspiritional TALK from our sponsor
- Followed by “girl time”
- Food and drinks can be purchased from the menu
Your evening is woven together with a splash of humour, and inspiration thanks to our Directors, Heidi Cabey, Sharon Rennecke, and Brenda Kowk.

As a small child, Shirleylee was given away at the tender age of 3 to a very strict religious cult, she escaped from an arranged marriage at 28 with 4 small children. Fighting for freedom against what was such a oppressive and brainwashing dictatorship, determined to keep my children free. She understands the importance of Self Worth and recognizing you ALONE can make a decision to change your circumstance regardless of where you are. Shirleylee is an author and a Life Skills Coach.

Nicole has overcome severe anxiety and PTSD from a traumatic divorce to build an amazing life for herself and her 3 beautiful girls. Proving that it doesn’t matter where you’ve come from, what you’ve been through or even where you are at this very moment, you can choose to create the life of your dreams.There are no quick fixes, her journey of personal growth and success has been 12 years in the making. Life is a journey it takes effort, positive mindset and beliefs, and a whole lot of faith in your vision followed up with action to get to where you want to go. Nicole is also the creator of the Your Best Life Yet Summit.
