This free three-hour program offers highlights of a SCORE seminar on the same subject.  This year we’ll cover the "Simple Steps" in two parts on February 24 and March 24, 2018 at the Longview Library. 

The March 24 session will continue our focus on Business Marketing, Financial Management and issues surrounding helping you make a "go or no go decision" towards entrepreneurship.  This way, you’ll be able to identify those areas where you may need extra attention in your business.  You can then arrange a free SCORE mentoring session for additional help and fine tuning!

Takeaways from the March 24 Simple Steps Workshop:

• Learn how to "benchmark" your plan against others in your industry
• Hear how the Longview Library can help you identify potential customers
• Learn about the "channels" needed to best reach your target customer
• Identify your business finance options and sources

Both of these concurrent sessions are being offered free to the public through the generous support of the Friends of the Longview Library and the volunteers of the Vancouver Chapter of SCORE.
