SEMINAR: Strengthening Your Leadership Team

Please join us for a full breakfast and learn how the best CEOs and business owners assess their leadership teams and identify the right leaders for their organization. You'll be armed with tools to attract and retain great leadership team members and learn how to exit those that are not a great fit for your business.

This interactive seminar, presented by Mike Paton (EOS Implementer and Visionary for EOS Worldwide) will help CEOs and business owners answer the following questions--and leave prepared to take action by moving leaders up (elevate) or moving them out:

  • What does "100% Strong in the People Component" truly look like?
  • How do I better define what a "great person" is at my company?
  • What does "Right People in the Right Seats" really mean?
  • What tools can I use to attract and retain great people, and repel those that don't fit?

This event is exclusively for CEOs, business owners, and leadership team members.

ABOUT MIKE PATON

Mike Paton has spent a lifetime learning from entrepreneurs. Today he works hard togive back - as a speaker, author, certified EOS Implementer, and as the Visionary forEOS Worldwide.

Paton grew up in a family of entrepreneurs. He cut his teeth in banking, then spent morethan ten years running (or helping run) four entrepreneurial companies. In 2007, whiletrying to take a $7 million company to the next level, he found himself stuck and morethan a little frustrated. His search for answers led to Gino Wickman, and to EOS. Patonquickly became a passionate advocate of the system and leader of a vibrant and growingcommunity of professional EOS Implementers, clients and fans. He's now conductedmore than 1,000 full-day EOS sessions with leadership teams of more than 100entrepreneurial companies.

During his journey, Paton wrote Get A Grip: An Entrepreneurial Fable with GinoWickman. He's also become an award-winning speaker who's helped thousands ofentrepreneurs learn and begin implementing EOS at dynamic, value-packed keynotetalks, in-depth interactive workshops and peer-group retreats. In all his efforts, Paton'sgoal is simple: to help others master EOS by implementing simple, practical tools provento help entrepreneurs get what they want from their businesses.
