Plan Your Business or Idea Using a Business Model Canvass

Everyone tells you to write a business plan when starting or building a business. That can be a daunting experience.

There is an easier way. Learn how to lay out your thoughts on a single piece of paper in a way that tests what you want to do. See how the pieces fit together - customers, resources, marketing, revenues, costs, etc.

You can always write a formal business plan later, if you need it.

But if you are at the stage of “planning your business”, attend this workshop.

Invest a few hours and save a lot of misdirected effort.

We will show you how to step back and look at your business or idea in a way that you can really see the opportunities and any weak spots.

Whether you are a service company, manufacturer, nonprofit, consultant, etc. this will work for you.

And if you still need to write that business plan the modeling we do will provide the outline for most of the content that goes into a business plan.,
