Our training week is divided into our core and elective courses.

Our core courses are:

  • Plant Maintenance.
  • Burner test stand, combustion testing, and troubleshooting, stack test.
  • Thermal Fluid systems with hands-on heater set up.
  • Calibration, Control House, Warm mix, AC Content/Load Cells/Mineral Fill/Micromotion
  • Drum Trunnion Adjustment and Flighting
  • Arc Flash Safety

Our elective courses are:

  • Baghouse
  • BC300 Blending Controls
  • Burner Emissions/Tuning
  • Gen 3D Burner Control
  • Gen III Burner Control
  • Plant Capacity
  • Schematic reading and Electrical troubleshooting
  • Silo/Transfer/Batcher
  • SL400 Silo Loadout
  • Ultralogiks Plant Controls Set-up and Daily Startup
  • Ultralogiks Plant Controls Troubleshooting and Repair
  • Vector Burner Control

 

**Through the registration process you will have the opportunity to choose the elective classes you wish to attend.

Code: Shoes with closed toe, and long pants will be required for class. Displays and  instructions will be held in a construction environment.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

Gencor Industries Service Training programs are designed specifically for hot mix asphalt producers that own and operate HMA facilities.

These courses are not open to industry vendors, suppliers or consultants.  To derive the most from these courses, one must own, operate and maintain an HMA plant.
