You will receive templates that you can start to populate right away with your newly gained insights and knowledge.
You will learn what to include, what to exclude, and what to emphasize while sharpening your management skills in key functional areas of business: marketing research and strategy, business modeling, operations, human resources, and financial.

The best plan is the one that works for you, not a generic template!And very important to know is that Broward SCORE mentors will be available to guide you as you develop your plan over the following weeks. Presenter: George Gremse is an experienced business manager and owner. He has worked for large Fortune 500 companies and has started his own successful businesses. He is currently Chairman of Broward SCORE, is on the Board of Directors of Metro Broward Economic Development Corporation and the Board of Advisors at Phoenix University South Florida.
