ONLINE Version - Basic Quickbooks for Small Businesses
QuickBooks Online is different from the desktop version. This workshop is all about QuickBooks Online and how to use that program for managing your business. It’s a great program and available from wherever you are via the Internet.
The workshop is designed to provide an introduction to QuickBooks online for those who have recently purchased the program and for those who are thinking of getting a formal accounting system to use for their business and want to know more about how they work. We will go over:
- The general design and operation of an accounting system
- Learn about the menu bars
- Preferences
- How to setup lists
- Invoicing customers
- Tracking and paying bills
- Importing transactions from your bank
- Reconciling your bank account
- Creating useful reports – P&L.
You will get the information you need to see how QuickBooks Online works, how to see if it is right for your business, and how to get started using the program.
Featured Speaker: Angela Stofsky has been assisting clients with their accounting and tax needs for over 20 years. She is a CPA and owner of AVS Tax and Accounting, LLC. Seven years ago she began her own practice where she could focus on helping her clients learn QuickBooks while continuing to assist them with their income tax needs. She teaches them about the program and its features so that they can get the information they need from QuickBooks on a timely basis.
Fee: $32 for online pre-registration; $42 at the door.
