Managing a Precious Commodity -- Your Time

with Paula Mathews

One of my business hero’s, Dr. Ivan Misner, Phd, said it best in his book The 29% Solution, “Have you ever tried to get back an hour you spent on something that didn’t turn out well? It’s not possible.  Oh, you can sometimes get back the money you spent on whatever you did during that hour—but you can’t recover the hour.”

This workshop will teach you more about your most precious commodity, and we’ll work with some productivity tools that will bring awareness of how much you can get done, in as little as 3 – 5 minute increments.

This will be an interactive session on how to classify and prioritize your to-do items, how to schedule them, and how to execute the plan.  Planning is easy, execution—not so much. YOU plan the work, the YOU work the plan! Proper execution requires the right tools and you will leave this workshop with new tools & new insights on proper time management.
