Conflict and Communication Coaching 

with Barbara Woods

Hour sessions available, 11 am - 1 pm. 

Sometimes expression of clarity and purpose can get lost in distracting ways of communicating. And sometimes team leaders experience individual or organizational bumps that need smoothing, or a specific relationship that is calling for more authentic and clear communication.  A coaching/mentoring session with Barbara Woods will provide skills that support more clarity about underlying issues that might be hampering effectiveness and quality of connection with customers, co-workers, vendors, and others.

Bring something to work with: 
* A workplace conflict that you would like support with, even a past conflict about which you'd like more understanding and perhaps learning
* An ongoing workplace relationship in which communication is not as clear, satisfying, empowered, or authentic as you would like
* General questions about how you communicate with others in your workplace including ways to respond to messages that might be hard to hear 

Barbara will share communication skills tailored to your unique situation that will support listening with more clarity and care, and speaking in ways that you will more likely be heard.  She will also guide a process to support you in gaining more understanding about core concerns that may be showing up in confusing ways.  

Since 2008 Barbara has been offering communication seminars, coaching, mentoring, facilitation, and mediation services in northern California, and Keene, NH; and also over distances via telephone conferencing.  She holds a bachelor's degree in communication from Keene State College--with an unofficial emphasis on conflict studies, including some master's level classes.  She has also had additional training in various models of mediation, communication, and facilitating group conflict.  Her experience includes office management in small business and an educational non-profit organization.  She is owner of Redbird Communication, LLC in Keene.
