The One Page Strategic Plan also incorporates short term and long term planning from the current quarter to twenty five years out.  The One Page Strategic Plan is central to any team as it serves as a clear, easy to understand map to every person on the team as to where the team is going and how it is going to get there. 

The Plan is updated quarterly with specific goals set for each quarter, each year, fives years out and twenty five years out.  The Plan is also an excellent communication tool for those outside the team, including customers, suppliers and investors.
