Terry Knowles has held the position of assistant director of charitable trusts at the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office for the past 34 years. She is twice past President of the National Association of State Charity Officials, has participated in Harvard University/Hauser Center’s Joint Seminar on Emerging Issues in Philanthropy, and presented a webinar on endowment management at Columbia University Law School. Terry writes extensively on the nonprofit sector and her latest article, Amending and Terminating Conservation Easements: The New Hampshire Experience, was published in the 2014 edition of the Utah Environmental Law Review. Terry is also an adjunct professor with the Political Science Department of the University of New Hampshire.
