Mikel Steadman is the Director of Sales Engineering at Dyn, a cloud-based Internet performance company that helps companies monitor, control, and optimize online infrastructure for an exceptional end-user experience.

Mikel’s personal approach to sharing his experiences in building and leading teams and processes will make it easy to apply the ideas presented. This talk will be interactive, informal and with time for personalized Q&A.

In addition to his responsibilities at Dyn, Mikel also leads Steadman Management Group, a consultancy dedicated to helping local organizations find creative business solutions to complex problems. Additionally, Mikel has recently founded Monadnock Cloud, a managed cloud hosting startup. His passion involves navigating strategy execution through leading transformational growth of people and processes.
