Nonprofit Leaders & Members Roundtable
Cultivating Interest and Support in a Crowded Field with Lyedie Geer
Advancement actually happens one conversation at a time. Let’s talk about how effectively your board members engage in conversations that cultivate awareness, enthusiasm, participation, and ultimately lead to significant financial support for your organization.
Consider the following questions:
- How accurately have you assessed your board’s friendraising / fundraising conversation capacity?
- Are you activating the strengths of your board members effectively?
- What is the narrative that will transfer enthusiasm for your organization?
- What data do you need to give your board members to empower their efforts?
- To what degree are you operating as a lean and enthusiastic team?
- How much infectious fun are you all having?
Lyedie Geer will lead a structured conversation addressing these and any other advancement related topics participants bring to the table.

Nonprofit leaders and board members are welcome to attend to receive support and share information to become more successful in their board service. By building confidence in a set of performance expectations learned at the roundtable, participants can carry back recommendations to their boards and agencies.
