Lee Bruder, MACP, ODC, has worked as an organization development consultant for 11 years. He specializes in helping people manage growth and change and has worked in the nonprofit sector for over 4 decades. Since 1989 Lee has served on a wide variety of boards. Lee holds a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology, post graduate credits in Organizational Management, and a Certificate in Organization Development. In addition to coaching and mentoring nonprofit executives, Lee designs and facilitates, board development, strategic planning, and leadership development. He enjoys assisting companies and organizations develop high performing teams. The basis of Lee’s work lies in his love of participating in meaningful personal and organizational change.
Laurette Edelmann, Director of Operations, NH Center for Nonprofits, has been with the NH Center for Nonprofits for 8+ years. She oversees the strategic priorities of the organization, and is responsible for the Center’s operations, finance and information/referral services for board and organizational development. Laurette has worked in the nonprofit sector in NH for 18 years, with an additional 15 years’ experience in the legal, financial service and insurance industries. Her capacity building tool box has been filled with resources and strategies brought to New Hampshire by national nonprofit thought leaders such as Tom Tierney, Dan Pallotta, Ruth McCambridge, Chuck Loring, Jason Saul, Peter York, Susan Meier, and many others.
There is no fee for this roundtable, however registration is required at this event.The monthly Nonprofit roundtable is hosted by Dave Chase of DRC Consulting and gathers on the 3rd Friday of every month. Nonprofit leaders and board members are welcome to attend to receive support and share information to become more successful in their board service. By building confidence in a set of performance expectations learned at the roundtable, participants can carry back recommendations to their boards and agencies.
A combined focus on the environment, education, human service, social justice and sustainability has been the core of Dave Chase’s professional life for some thirty years. Over that time, he has successfully led and managed organizations within those sectors at the local, regional, and national levels.
