Target Audience
This course is designed for health care workers who work with patients who have or are at risk for, tuberculosis and substance abuse along the US-Mexico Border.

Conference Goal

The goal of this training is to educate health care workers on the effects of substance abuse on the treatment of patients diagnosed with tuberculosis and challenges along the US-Mexico Border.

Conference Objectives

Using lecture presentation participants will be able to discuss the impact of substance
abuse on treatment outcomes for TB along the US-Mexico border.

Format
The format for this course will be web based lecture-style presentation. There will be ample time for questions and answers.

REGISTRATION
There is no charge to attend this workshop but pre-registration is mandatory.
