Erik Willis, Routine Coach and Professional Organizer of A New and Living Way, Simplifying People’s Lives One Routine at a Time, works with home-based entrepreneurs to help them grow and sustain profitable businesses by creating new habits and implementing routines that lead to a well-organized and balanced work and home life. Additionally he helps clients define clear boundaries between home and work, as well as de-clutter and organize their work space for greater productivity. In addition, Erik has a BS in Psychology and uses his education to help people develop and maintain the proper mindset when running a business. It is very easy to fold under the pressure of feeling overwhelm and Erik helps clients to overcome this difficult obstacle.
Having built a home-based business, overcoming the struggles of entrepreneurship from home, and working a full time job outside of the home, Erik understands the unique struggles and challenges to keep home and business life separate, and do both effectively. Through implementing sustainable routines and strategies, he is able to run a sustainable, profitable home-based business. It is his hope that he can touch people’s lives by educating and supporting home-based entrepreneurs whose productivity, and profits struggle because they have no work/life separation.
