Most of us have trouble speaking directly, honestly and respectfully to others, especially in a boss/employee relationship. Yet, the only way we can get better oftentimes is through self-reflection on feedback from others.

In this workshop participants will learn:

• The definition of feedback
• The roadmap for effective feedback
• To identify the barriers to giving and receiving feedback
• The distinctions between appreciative, constructive and non-constructive feedback.

Cost: $20. Registration is required for attendance at this workshop.

Jeff Saari - Business Coach
Jeff Saari, CEO of Visionary Coaching, LLC founded the Keene-based company in 2007.  His mission is to support leadership to become more emotionally intelligent and then spread that learning out to the organization.  He teaches communication and meeting facilitation skills, practices one-on-one and group coaching, and leads organizational retreats. The skills he supports translate far and wide from personal life to the Board room to the shop floor.   Jeff works with organizations in diverse sectors:  Non-profit, service, manufacturing, and education.  He is an active faculty and community builder at the Marlboro Grad Center’s MBA for Sustainability in Brattleboro, VT.  He is also the coach of the 2011 and 2012 Entrepreneurs of the Year recognized by the Hannah Grimes Business Center.  Jeff lives in Keene with his wife and daughter.
