Mr. Khullar’s technical fields of expertise comprise electrical/electronic engineering, informatics, software development, medical devices, image processing and medical physics. PARKING INFORMATION: There is a ground municipal parking garage next to the building in the middle of NE 1st Street between Andrews Ave ad NE 3rd Ave. It is metered and take quarters. Charge is $1.00 per hour. The meters only work until 6 PM. Parking is free after that so just bring quarters enough for the first hour. Note this is a ground level lot. If you are driving up a ramp you are going into a commercial parking lot. They cost more. There is also an outdoor municipal metered lot on the corner of NE 2nd St & Andrews Ave. It also is $1/hr & is free after 6 PM.
