Featured Speaker: Dr. Eivina Muniute-Cobb, Ed.D., is a Principal Consultant with the Pontis Group providing organizational consulting, training, and coaching. She is experienced working with leaders, teams, and organizations in nonprofit and for profit sectors. Eivina Muniute-Cobb has assisted organizations and businesses in attaining desirable results as evidenced in leadership skills enhancement, positive organizational culture, and performance improvement. Among her areas of expertise are strategic planning, employee selection and retention, project management, and team development. Dr. Muniute-Cobb holds a doctorate in Adult Education and Human Resource Development from Florida International University. She is also an Adjunct Faculty at Barry University, Organizational Learning and Leadership, and President Elect with South Florida American Society for Training and Development, Palm Beach Group.
