This is an interactive seminar where participants will share their objectives with the presenter.

The participant will leave the workshop with an understanding of what banks and investors are looking for when providing capital to small businesses. They are lending and investing!

Presenter: John Poropat is President of Poropat, LLC, a leading provider of Business, Tax and Financial Planning services specializing in individuals and small business. For over 20 years, he has worked side by side with individuals, new entrepreneurs, and existing business owners as a trusted advisor and business coach to help them achieve and realize their dreams of business ownership and independence. He has held many high-level senior executive positions including President, CEO, CFO, COO, and VP of Acquisitions in various public Fortune 500 and privately held corporations helping them to meet or beat their financial expectations and increase their enterprise value. John is also a partner in the CPA firm Wilmington Business Solutions, Inc, and is a volunteer counselor with the Ft. Lauderdale Chapter of Broward SCORE.
