In addition, under his watch as VP of Sales & Marketing, Ernie took technology start-up Electronic Systems to new heights by delivering CAGR of >20 over a 13 year period. Ernie earned a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Miami, FL, is a certified Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt, as well as an ISO 9001 auditor. He is an active member of SCORE, Toastmasters, UM alumni association, and Rainforest Alliance.
