I am convinced that few would care about your German automobile, the square footage of your home, the Coach bag or the numerous awards that you received for outstanding achievement during your career.   Great leaders possess a strong desire to serve and help other people grow.  It's not about title, power or prestige -- but about the legacy a person leaves by the way they live their life and touch other people's lives.

 Be brave enough to  live creatively. The creative is the place where no-one else has ever been. You have to leave the city of your comfort and go into the wilderness of your intuition. You cannot get there by bus; only by hard work, risking and by not quite knowing what you are doing

Devin C. Hughes, Chief Inspiration Officer

Devin Hughes is a former college basketball player at Colgate University, speaker, personal and organizational development aficionado, leadership coach and eclectic thinker.  He is an avid storyteller who has the unique ability to connect with audiences by inspiring them to be the change they wish to see in the world. 

Devin has been consulting, training, speaking and writing about personal development and organizational change for the last decade. Devin’s unique background and success story truly sets him apart from most professional speakers and guest lecturers. It’s for this very reason that people come away from his keynotes entertained, inspired and motivated – but more importantly, with the practical, applicable, actionable tactics and strategies for acting on their inspiration and motivation.  By the end of his programs, participants are equipped to deal with the day-to-day challenges they face.

He has been a frequent speaker for many organizations, associations, and universities. Through these sessions, he has shared leadership lessons with thousands of people, helping them adapt it to strategic planning, branding, marketing, sales and social media opportunities and challenges. 

He received his BA in Sociology/Anthropology from Colgate University (1991).  He lives in Carlsbad, CA with his wife and four daughters.
