How to make a persuasive  presentation that will motivate your audience to take action

 In today’s high communication business environment we are  required to deliver persuasive presentations to our employees, our managers, our customers, and even our financiers !  The skills needed to deliver persuasive presentations have become a fundamental requirement in business.

Our workshop will help you define, refine, and develop your presentation skills----to become competent in both content and delivery techniques.

 A presentation that is Clear, Concise, and Compelling will greatly increase your ability to effectively influence, obtain agreement and mobilize your audience into action.

This workshop will focus on the “how to, what to, an when to’s”  in making a Powerpoint presentation.

 You will learn and practice…..

  1. Setting up the room
  2. Preparing powerful Powerpoint slides
  3. Making your Introduction
  4. Gaining instant attention up front
  5. Defining the purpose of your presentation
  6. Establishing 3-5 key points
  7. Using stories, analogies, anecdotes and evidence
  8. Closing the presentation and handling questions.

Eric Thompson has worked with over 100 CEO’s in Europe and America ... developing the leadership skills needed to drive their businesses into a successful future.

He started in Sales and Marketing with Unilever, in Africa, working with soap and detergent products, before moving to Canada to join up with household product giant, Johnson and Johnson.

For the last decade Eric has developed leadership programs in Ireland, Scotland, England, the Ukraine, and the USA.
